The International Student of Our University Won the Silver Award in the 2024 "Understanding Contemporary China" Chinese Short Video Competition for International Students in China
The provincial stage of the 2024 "Understanding Contemporary China" Chinese Short Video Competition for International Students in China (referred to as the "Competition"), jointly hosted by Beijing Foreign Studies University and Beijing Language and Culture University, and organized by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, has been successfully concluded. ALKAWMANI MOHAMMED TALIB FARHOOD, an Iraqi international student majoring in clinical medicine at our university, stood out among 572 international students from 137 universities across the country and won a silver award in the provincial competition.
ALKAWMANI MOHAMMED TALIB FARHOOD's work My Footprints in China presents the unique cultural experience of international students in China from a unique perspective, expressing his profound understanding and love for Chinese culture, vividly depicting a diverse, inclusive, and vibrant contemporary image of China, and becoming another wonderful chapter for international students to tell the story of China.
