The First Affiliated Hospital was Initially Approved to Set up National Engineering Laboratory in 2016
On Sep. 24, National Development and Reform Commission formally published Draft List of 120 National & Local Joint Engineering Research Centers (Engineering Laboratory) for 2016, National & Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine Technology of The First Affiliated Hospital ranks the list by relying on Dalian Medical University and its own strength.
National & Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine Technology of The First Affiliated Hospital, as the national stem cell transplantation and regenerative medicine international technology cooperation base, has been jointly established by The First Affiliated Hospital and University of Oxford, based on international scientific and technological cooperation. They have established stem cell transformation application platform of international standard, and the design scheme and implementation have become reference standard for a number of units from home and abroad.
