Dalian Medical University was Awarded Key Support Project of Major Research Plan of National Natural Science Foundation

Recently, “Regulatory Mechanism of Vascular Homeostasis and Reconstruction” Major Research Project Evaluation Result of National Natural Science Foundation was published. The project The Role of Prostaglandin E2 Receptor EP4 in Vascular Homeostasis and Reconstruction applied by the professor Guan Youfei, from Medical Sciences Institute was awarded Key Support Project of Major Research Plan of National Natural Science Foundation, with direct funding of 2.2 million yuan.

Key Support Project of Major Research Plan of National Natural Science Foundation will provide funds for the projects expected to achieve important research achievements, with international-front research direction, strong innovativeness, good research basis and research team. This is the first time that we obtain financial assistance from Major Research Plan of National Natural Science Foundation in the way of Key Support Project. And the award of this project is another important symbol of quality improvement of scientific research projects in Dalian Medical University.
