The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University becomes one of first batch of Stem Cell Clinical Research Institutes in China

Recently, Chinese National Health and Family Planning Commission has jointly released a list with China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA). This list is about the first batch of stem cell clinical research institutes being put on official records. There are 30 Chinese medical units who have passed the examination and verification to become stem cell clinical research institution, and these 30 medical units are located in 13 provinces such as Jiangsu and Guangdong as well as three municipalities including Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai. The Centre for Regenerative Medicine of The First Affiliated Hospital becomes the only medical unit in Liaoning Province on the list, which fully demonstrates the standardization and research level of the hospital.
