Zhao Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of the university, led a delegation to visit two friendly universities in Japan

At the invitation of Juntendo University and Chiba University in Japan, Zhao Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of the university, led a delegation to Japan for a friendly visit to the two universities. On the basis of the previous cooperation between the two sides, combined with the construction of new majors and the development needs of advantageous disciplines of our university, the visit promoted the cooperation from multiple aspects such as talent training, construction of teaching staff and clinical research, and deeply discussed the feasibility of cooperation between the two sides.

On October 30th, Zhao Jie and the delegation visited the Department Of Medicine, Affiliated Hospital, and School of Nursing of Chiba University. Both sides reached an agreement on joint education and conducted in-depth discussions on the promotion plan. From October 31st to November 1st, Zhao Jie and the delegation visited the Department Of Medicine, School of Healthcare, Affiliated Hospital, Laboratory of the Department Of Medicine, and Chinese Research Laboratory of Juntendo University. Based on the previous exchange of visiting scholars and joint training of doctoral students, the two sides further refined the implementation methods, expanded the scope of academic research cooperation, added short-term exchange of personnel for further learning and other projects, and signed new cooperation agreements.

This visit further deepened the mutual trust and understanding between our university and Japanese universities, strengthened the cooperation and exchanges between the two sides in clinical research, joint talent cultivation and other aspects, and effectively promoted the internationalization of our university's medical education.
