Our school holds“Happy Spring Festival, We are the world” Cultural Experience Activities for International Students

On the morning of February 16, Chinese New Year’s Eve, our university held a series of Spring Festival cultural experience activities themed “Happy Spring Festival, One World One Family” for international students at Building 19 of the International Student Apartment. Relevant university leaders joined more than 50 international students from Iran, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Yemen and other countries to celebrate the Spring Festival.

Dalian TV stationcovered the whole event. Renee, an international student from Sri Lanka, said: “This is my first time celebrating the Spring Festival in China. Writing ‘Fu’ characters, cutting paper-cuts, playing pitch-pot, and watching wonderful shows. The school also prepared New Year’s Eve dumplings carefully. I deeply feel the excitement and warmth of the Chinese Spring Festival, just like being at home.”
